Tattoo commission for

Firework phoenix.

I wanted to create unique and powerful phoenix design, so I picked up design from my phoenix species which secretly are hidden in piles of doodles ad craps... so yea, thats my interpretation for powerful phoenix. (inspired by Carnival of Time- Majoras Mask)

Wings arent icy, those blue parts are "icy hot". They are incredibly hot, but formed into crystal liquid instead red gas known as fire. Like... </i>fireworks</i>
